Wherever You Go The DJI Mavic Pro is a little yet powerful drone that turns the sky into your imaginative canvass easily and without concern, helping you make every minute an aerial moment. Its compact size conceals a high degree of intricacy that makes it one of DJI's most advanced flying electronic cameras ever. 24 high-performance computing cores, an all-new transmission system with a 4.3 mi (7Km) variety, 4 vision sensing units, and a 4K cam stabilized by a 3-axis mechanical gimbal, are at your command with just a push of your thumb or a tap of your finger. EFFECTIVE Fly for miles. From your pocket. Inside the Mavic's pocket-sized remote controller is DJI's brand brand-new OcuSync transmission technology, with a series of 4.3 mi (7km) and Full HD 1080p video streaming. No bumps and scrapes When you understand exactly what's in front of you, you won't bump into it. The very same is true of the Mavic. Utilizing Flight Autonomy it can see challenges as far away as 49ft (15m) in front, so that it can fly at as much as 22mph (36kph) while preventing the things it sees. Outright Precision Flight Autonomy innovation means the Mavic can hover exactly in more environments, and immediately land practically exactly where you took off. Stay flying longer Why fly for 10 or 15 minutes when you can fly for approximately 27? With the Mavic you can. Utilize every single pixel The Mavic is the only drone of its size to carry an integrated high-precision 3-axis mechanical video camera stabilization system, giving you crystal clear photos and smooth videos, without losing a single pixel.

Many buyers of the Mavic Pro have written and explained what a great drone this is. I won’t repeat any of that. Instead do this to get the most use and enjoyment out of this fantastic piece of technology. Take the time to view the many tutorials on You Tube that explain the amazing features this drone has to offer. The best videos I found were posted by the following people. Drone Valley, Ready-Set-Drone, Timothy Sunday. Ed Ricker, Billy Kyle and last but not least DJI Tutorials. These people will give you the confidence needed to get the most out of your drone and also what accessories you should buy to protect your drone from damage. In my opinion because the drone sits so close to the ground a landing pad which will prevent dirt from getting sucked into your drone and protect your delicate gimbal when landing in the grass or dirt is a must. A aftermarket gimbal cover with an opening in front of the camera lense adds more protection for the gimbal without blocking the cooling fans air intake. Landing gear extenders raise the drone and add 1 1/4″ to it’s ground clearance which is more than double. If you fly indoors or outside near trees, a set of propeller guards is a good investment. Finally in addition to the 1 year standard warranty covering factory defects, DJI offers a “Care” package for $99 which amounts to insurance that will replace your drone up to twice if you destroy it in a crash or drowned it in water for a deductible of $79 the first time and $129 the second. Follow my advice and learn from the available videos while you wait for your Mavic to arrive or as soon thereafter as possible and you will be very happy with your new drone.

Does everything the Phantom 4 does but in a much smaller package, camera is fantastic, I think I’m gonna sell my Phantom 4…

I’ve been flying drones for a while now, I have and have had a lot of drones from different manufacturers…and as far as DJI goes I’ve had the Phantom 2, Phantom 3, Phantom 4 and now as of yesterday the Mavic Pro. I placed my pre-order with DJI on the very first day and waited patiently until it arrived at my door yesterday afternoon. Now the first thing I’ll comment on is the size of the box it comes in…it’s a lot smaller than I expected (I actually didn’t think this was the Mavic when I first got the package)…but after opening the box, there it was in all its glory…the little wonder that is the Mavic Pro.
